Full commercial terms will be published before paid access opens. Until then, no disabled plan or “Coming soon” control constitutes an offer for sale.

Community conduct

Members must be respectful. Harassment, unsolicited promotions, “guaranteed” or “risk-free” claims, broker solicitation, and requests for other members’ credentials or funds are not permitted. Alert channels are read-only; discussion belongs in the designated community channels.

Moderation may include a warning, mute, or removal. The complete community rules will be presented during onboarding before access is granted.

Privacy

This phase-one website does not use forms, analytics, advertising pixels, member accounts, or browser-side API calls. Standard security and access logs may be processed by the hosting server to keep the service reliable and secure.

Any later member onboarding or payment process will receive a separate privacy notice before personal data is collected.

Paid access is not open yet. The applicable price, billing period, cancellation terms, and counsel-reviewed refund policy will be displayed before a visitor can purchase. No payment should be made until those terms appear on this official website.
